CCE Medical Equipment’s Business Development Team plans, develops and implements strategy in addressing new sales opportunities. Overseeing Sales, this team establishes, maintains and ensures that all possible sales opportunities across all verticals are constantly met. There is also constant liaison with other departments so as to understand all the necessary aspects associated with all operational functions.
The Administration Team here at CCE Medical Equipment plans out, co-ordinates and administers the daily functions of running the business within our Company. This encompasses:
- Finance and Accounts
- Shipping & Customs documentation
- General Administrative Services
- Purchasing, Invoicing and Credit Control
- Human Resource functions
- Finance Planning,
- Evaluation of Company growth projections
- Controls annual budget expenditures and cash flow
The CCE Medical Equipment Marketing Team is mainly responsible for managing the functional areas within the Company. These areas include:
- General and export marketing
- Communications (above the line and below the line)
- Media relations.
