We offer probe repairs and refurbishments for a variety of ultrasound probes, including convex, phased array, linear, and TEE for a wide variety of manufacturers.
With thousands of successful probe repairs and 25+ years of experience, we have unparalleled insight, capabilities, and data to keep customer’s probes up and running at every stage of the its life cycle. In addition, we have an extensive loaner inventory which will allow you to continue your work virtually uninterrupted while we evaluate and/or repair your probe to assure confidence and good performance with every customer and accuracy with patients. All the probes are repaired by our Service Team who are experts in ultrasound products, engaged in each stage of the ultrasound probe service. They can help you by making recommendations on whether to repair or replace your probe.

CCE Medical Equipment is committed to customer service with a variety of maintenance service contracts. These include Preventative Maintenance (PM), parts and labour. We have the ability to offer emergency loaner equipment to service customers within the greater Toronto area and we also have an extensive network of working partners across the Globe.

- CCE’s Field Service department also offers customized service contracts to keep your ultrasound equipment in great shape, even if you didn’t purchase it from us.
Each contract includes:
- Two (2) scheduled preventative maintenance visits annually for duration of contract.
- 24 hour response time for local on-site service.
- 24 hour response time for local on-site service.
- Contracts available on most makes and models.
- Different levels of service/support options available.
- All travel hours, expenses, labor hours, parts and materials included.
- Loaners available as part of a service contract to lessen any downtime, if required.
